Who are we?

The Arbitrage Institute is based in Memphis, TN. Arbitrage was started in 2020 by Royce Wells to help address the lack of financial literacy in his community- the MidSouth. Arbitrage provides FREE resources for those who are interested in building their financial profile. The courses are designed to help our clients succeed and thrive in the current economy by teaching saving and investment skills.


The Arbitrage Institute is licensed and registered in the State of Tennessee and has been in business since 2020.


The Arbitrage Institute is a member of the Arbitrage Family of Brands.

    There is a need in our community, the Midsouth Area, for financial literacy. Memphis has an overall poverty rate of 27.8% and only half a credit of financial education is required in Memphis City School.
